Strictly necessary cookies are used for security and core functionality.

Analytics cookies (GA4) are enabled only after explicit consent.

The Terms of Use govern platform access, user obligations, usage restrictions and service availability.

Users remain responsible for submitted content and account usage.

CGV

The Terms of Sale define payment, billing, renewal and cancellation terms for paid offers.

If Terms of Use and Terms of Sale conflict on a commercial point, Terms of Sale prevail.

Payment and refund policy

Kroneo support payments are processed via Ko-fi: https://ko-fi.com/kroneo.

Amounts already charged are generally non-refundable, except in proven technical errors (for example duplicate charge).

Requests are reviewed case-by-case within 7 to 14 business days.

Cancellation stops future charges and has no retroactive effect on already paid periods.
